Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Sales Admin Assistant (Contract) will primarily focus on general Sales Admin duties, such as order processing and providing support to the Sales team and Warehouse to ensure smooth delivery and service to customers.

Contract length: 3 months

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 hours between 7:00AM to 8:00PM, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and accurately enter customer orders into the system.
  • Monitor order postings, deliveries, and issue credit notes as required.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and issue account statements; assist with debt collection calls.
  • Handle cash deposits and manage COD payments.
  • Generate reports on accounts receivable (AR), sales, rebates, and overdue accounts.
  • Perform day-end and period-end reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports.
  • Maintain organized records and support general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with inventory record maintenance and data updates.
  • Perform other duties as required to support departmental functions.

Requirements / Must-Haves:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Comfortable working extended hours on a computer.
  • Availability to work shifts between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Assets / Nice-to-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken and written) is an asset to support communication with international customers or suppliers.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license due to availability of scheduled hours.
  • Familiarity with ACCPAC and WMS systems is beneficial.
  • Experience in accounting is an advantage.
