Indian Butter Prawns
1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Indian Butter Chicken SpicePaste©
450g frozen shelled prawns
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp butter
110ml (1/2 cup) tomato puree
75ml (1/3 cup) water
110ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream
- Heat butter in a non-stick saucepan on medium heat. Add onion and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Stir in tomato puree, water, cream and Spice Paste.
- Add prawns, cook uncovered on low heat for 5-10 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm with rice or naan bread.
