Sushi Rice

Ingredients

3 cups of medium or short grain rice (a rice cup measure comes with most rice cookers)
3 oz. MITSUKAN Seasoned Rice Vinegar

Directions

  1. Rinse the rice with water 5 times. Set a rice cooker with rice and water and cook. After cooked, let the rice sit for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Pour the rice into a shallow pan or bowl and pour in the Mitsukan Seasoned Rice Vinegar. Stir together quickly and mix well while the rice is still hot.
  3. Allow the rice to sit for 10 minutes to cool. You are now ready to make sushi.
  4. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
